CCSD Parent survey due 11/9 (preference on hybrid cohort)

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 health data, the District must proactively develop a plan to transition to the hybrid instructional model, while maintaining all health and safety protocols. At this time, we do not know when the hybrid instructional model will be implemented. Please complete the short questionnaire requesting your cohort selection(s). If the District transitions to the hybrid instructional model, this information will guide the District's implementation of the proposed transition to the hybrid instructional model.

Padres/Tutores:A medida que continuamos monitoreando la información de salud del COVID-19, el Distrito debe de desarrollar proactivamente un plan para una transición para el modelo híbrido de educación, mientras se mantienen todos los protocolos de salud y seguridad. En este momento, no sabemos cuando el modelo híbrido de educación va a ser implementado. Por favor conteste el pequeno cuestionario en http://Ccsd.net/survey a mas tardar para el 9 de Noviembre del 2020, para la selección del grupo de sus hijos. Si el Distrito hace la transición a el modelo híbrido de educación, esta información va a guiar la implementación del Distrito para el modelo híbrido de educación de transición propuesto.
