Safe Routes to School Survey

Parents:

Please take a moment and complete the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) survey regarding your students' mode of travel to and from school. The survey is for parents with students in grades K-12. If you have more than one child in the Clark County School District (CCSD), attending the same school, please complete one survey for the eldest student.

The survey asks you to check areas that affected your decision to allow your child to walk/bike to school. With this information, we can advance the safety education programs we bring to our school and improve areas along walking/bike routes to your child's school. 

Surveys are in English and provide a Spanish option
