Registration Information

Online Registration

The Online Registration System will be available in English & Spanish starting April 15, 2024. The school year will open with students attending full-time face-to-face five days a week at all schools. The first day of the 2024-25 school year is August 12, 2024.

Parents can complete registration at home or contact their child’s zoned school for school registration dates and hours.

STEP 1) Online Registration: Online Registration can be completed from any technology device (Computer, Tablet, Chromebook, Phone etc..).

For students currently enrolled in CCSD: parents should use Parent Portal Link:

campusportal.ccsd.net

PLEASE complete registration through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

DO NOT register as a new student.

After you login to Parent Portal, click on “MORE” from the menu on the left and then click on Online Registration PARENTS ONLY to start the process.
Remember to make a note of your application number.

Forgot your Parent Portal Login? No Problem!

Please ask office staff at the school to assist. You will need your ID Card.

For students NEW to CCSD the Information for registration can be found at: register.ccsd.net

STEP 2) School Enrollment: After you complete the application make sure to save your application number (write it down, screenshot it, take a picture .. etc.) you will need to provide this number to our Office Staff.

You will then have to provide the school with copies of your

Parent/Guardian ID
Child's ID (Birth Certificate)
Immunization Record
Proof of Address
Student Grade Transcript (If student is coming from another school district/state)

Please make note we will not accept any documents without a completed Online Registration and application number.
